Repairs

Needs Repair
  • Slide-out has a small leak near window.  Causes corner of floor to get damp.
  • Slide-out top seal needs to be replaced.  I have the part. (not related to leak)

Damages
  • Kitchen counter top has a chip in the linoleum, but there is another layer of linoleum under it.
  • Bedroom door has a hole on the inside.  Dealership can get replacement door for around $80
  • Trim on the bottom of one cabinet in the kitchen is peeling.
  • One side of the trailer has hail damage.  Most people can't tell unless you really look.
